The Bubble's residents are celebrating Yom Kippur, the holiest Jewish holiday. During the whole day there are no cars in the streets. It's not that it’s illegal to drive. People just don't. In this day the Jews should repent their sins and ask one another for forgiveness. Many people fast. The seculars, on the other hand, are conquering the streets with their rollerblades and bicycles.
